From the prestigious halls of Dance Theatre of Harlem to Broadway stages and international tours, Melissa brings decades of professional experience to every class.

Her journey began at age 12 with classical ballet training, leading to a full scholarship at The Washington Ballet. Under the legendary Ann Reinking at the Broadway Theatre Project, she launched into a dynamic career spanning musical theatre, film, and commercial dance. Melissa’s wide-ranging experience in both classical and commercial dance gives her a unique and well-rounded perspective as an educator. She brings passion, precision, and inspiration to her teaching, with a deep commitment to empowering the next generation of dancers through
the art of ballet.

An intensive program for dedicated dancers seeking to elevate their technique. With only six spots available, you'll receive personalized attention in a carefully designed curriculum tailored to your individual goals.

NEXT SESSION: SEPTEMBER 15TH-NOVEMBER 3RD

  • SUBMISSSIONS DUE BY SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2025

  • 8-week program. One hour and 30 minutes. Two classes per week.

Whether you're brand new to ballet or returning after time away, this welcoming program is designed to meet you where you are. Transform your kitchen counter into a barre and discover the joy of classical ballet from home.
